  2. BAREBONES GUIDE TO HTML 3.2 This is the best I've seen so far. Great Quick-reference - The BEST Concise List I've seen. Lot's of excellent links - a good place to start and bookmark for reference.
  3. HOT DOG HTML EDITOR - from Sausage Software (yeah, really!) over in the U.K. - more like an HTML Development Environment. LOTS of good tools for creating web sites. If you don't want to hand-code html, or if you want to work faster, then here's the place to start.

  5. Netscapes's own "Creating Net Sites"
    Tutorials include HTML, HTML 2.0 & 3.0 Extensions, Tables, Client-Side Image Maps, and EVERYTHING!

    See the things you can do with tables - and the code to create them. - A very handy reference
  7. Tables Test Bed

    Finally! HTML 3.2 Standards are defined by W3c Read all about it! No more "Netscape Extensions" (for now..) or "proposed" HTML 3 Standards. This is it the definitive HTML Language as we are using it today. Announced May 7, 1996 (Slow load, but worth the wait..)

    beyond Notepad. Here's a list of Windows-based HTML Editors. Some free, some expensive, some good, some may not be. I don't know. Take a peek and let me know what you think.
  18. WebSuite
    from Digital Style... Well, if you're REALLY lazy, or don't have a clue what a page should look like, or if you have to crank out a whole bunch of pages fast, try this. You can download an eval. copy and try it for 30 days, free. let me know what you think of it.
